Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales prospects including doing research, cold calls to warm leads, develop leads, build relationships, close orders and develop accounts in a consultative sales process.
  • Improve sales revenue from product development.
  • Use of social media and email marketing to promote company and generate on-line leads.
  • Send quotations and follow-up with interested customers.
  • Plan, budget and organize sales trips to liaise with existing and potential clients.
  • Ability to work on long sales cycles for larger pieces of equipment.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts/reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Previous direct selling experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills; schedule and keep appointments, track sales cycle, produce sales reports and manage customer follow-ups.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (French is an asset).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Be self-directed with the ability to learn new products and work as a team member.
  • Willingness to explore innovative sales approaches and methodologies. Knowledge of digital sales practices, including social media.
  • Proven time management and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to present in front of small to large groups with confidence and credibility.
  • Good analytical skills with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Must develop a passion for the product and our company.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport. Background check will be required.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods of time as needed.
  • Microsoft Office skills.

Distributor Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to our Distributor Manager and network of Distributors.
  • Generate pricing quotation based on project layouts.
  • Research and provide quotations for third party sourcing and logistics.
  • Monitoring of Buy Boards and Bid & Tender submissions.
  • Working with clients directly and providing order confirmations and delivery updates.
  • Mailing Sales Catalogues and ordering office supplies.
  • Closing out customer files.
  • Supporting other departments when needed and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Previous experience working with sales staff or in a sales type role.
  • Previous experience generating price quotations in Simply Accounting preferred.
  • Must be able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under stress.
  • Experience with CRM systems an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team or alone.

  • Advise Management on HR related issues.
  • Support in capturing minutes for special meetings and follow-up on determined action items.
  • Managing the company time-off calendar.
  • Supporting other departments when needed and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Dynamo Playgrounds is a lead innovator within the playground industry. Our park equipment allows children to take play time outside the box, creating imaginative and universal fun for all users.

With clients currently in over 50 countries, we are looking for a creative, dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to work in outbound lead generation through cold calling, emails and LinkedIn for our company to schedule meetings for new, potential clients.

Job Description:

  • Learning about Dynamo Playgrounds, our products and services.
  • Actively participating in Dynamo sales training.
  • Making outgoing calls to select regions introducing Dynamo Playgrounds.
  • Researching new opportunities through newsletters, city websites, Google searches etc.
  • Maintaining the professional tone and image of Dynamo Playgrounds.
  • Brainstorming creative and effective sales approaches.
  • Building relationships with qualified prospects.
  • Sending emails with promotional content (ex. Catalog, video etc.) to key prospects
  • Accurately logging client information and call details into HubSpot.
  • Maintaining a list of potential leads and follow up dates in HubSpot.
  • Routing qualified leads to appropriate BDRs and booking meetings.
  • Work with sales team to meet sales call targets.
  • Reporting on call productivity daily through HubSpot.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Coachable and a fast learner.
  • Knowledge and ability to use CRM software is required.
  • Self motivated and can work with little supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to counter rebuttals in a positive way.

Senior Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipping arrangements for all outgoing games and materials. Domestic & International
  • Arrange importation of goods into Canada.
  • Minimize transportation and inventory costs while respecting the customer’s required delivery dates.
  • Deal with Brokers and Carriers to ensure appropriate paperwork is completed and delivery timelines are met.
  • Support all staff in matters of transportation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Logistics and shipping internationally
  • Sound understanding of carrier terms, commercial invoicing and brokerage procedures
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The candidate must be able to work within tight deadlines and demonstrate an ability to work autonomously as required.
