26 Feb Dynamo Biggo on TV and at the Olympics
The eyes of the World are on Vancouver, Canada as the 2010 Olympic Winter Games continue. How appropriate that as the world talks about the latest triumphs at the Big O, many can both see and play on a Dynamo Biggo.
First, the seeing – a regular feature of the CTV Olympic coverage has been a segment hosted by world renowned athlete Rick Hansen, called Difference Makers. You can imagine how pleased we at Dynamo were to notice that during the segment about Canadian Olympic alpine skier Jan Hudec we find him happily pushing 3 smiling children on a Dynamo Biggo Flyer.
More center stage than that is a very special playground which has just opened its first phase in the heart of Whistler, BC. Called “Whistler’s First Accessible Playground”, this playground was developed in cooperation with Shane’s Inspiration, an organization whose mission is to promote the building of Universally Accessible Playgrounds, and prominently features a Dynamo Biggo Solo. Viewing the online Blog about this playground opening, you can see how easily children of ‘all ages’ play together in front of an Olympic backdrop. With its prime location, athletes and sports fans alike can enjoy this unique play experience!
Keep watching to see where in the World Dynamo will grab the spotlight next.
