Dynamo Playgrounds is a lead innovator within the playground industry. Our park equipment allows children to take play time outside the box, creating imaginative and universal fun for all users.
With clients currently in over 50 countries, we are looking for a creative, dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to work in outbound lead generation through cold calling, emails and LinkedIn for our company to schedule meetings for new, potential clients.
- Learning about Dynamo Playgrounds, our products and services.
- Actively participating in Dynamo sales training.
- Making outgoing calls to select regions introducing Dynamo Playgrounds.
- Researching new opportunities through newsletters, city websites, Google searches etc.
- Maintaining the professional tone and image of Dynamo Playgrounds.
- Brainstorming creative and effective sales approaches.
- Building relationships with qualified prospects.
- Sending emails with promotional content (ex. Catalog, video etc.) to key prospects
- Accurately logging client information and call details into HubSpot.
- Maintaining a list of potential leads and follow up dates in HubSpot.
- Routing qualified leads to appropriate BDRs and booking meetings.
- Work with sales team to meet sales call targets.
- Reporting on call productivity daily through HubSpot.
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience.
- Coachable and a fast learner.
- Knowledge and ability to use CRM software is required.
- Self motivated and can work with little supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
- Ability to counter rebuttals in a positive way.
- 3 month contract with possibility of a full time position.
